Installed gutters, guards and two down spouts. Sealed around pipe that was causing leak. Member Comments: I called American Roofing because of a small wet stain we noticed in a bedroom. Someone came out right away and after inspecting the roof and attic, he determined the roof was fine but a small amount of water was coming in around a pipe. All it needed was some sealer around the pipe. Since that company also does gutters I got him to look at and give me a price for new gutters and guards around the roof line over the patio. They did the work on the gutters within a couple of days but had to order the gutter guard. They came back in one week and finished up putting the guards up and sealing the corner and down spout joints. They were very professional and nice to work with. The gutters work well, match the house and look very nice.

I am so please with the work that American Roofing provided for us. Jerry is the most patient person. He answered all my questions. He walked me though how my roof was going to be installed. I highly recommend American Roofing. They cleaned my yard up way better than I expected. Matt Nesmith came out and inspected my roof. He even repaired and installed my shutters. Thanks for that Matt! I spoke with Trent over the phone and he was so helpful when it was time for me to pay. I really love the 0% Financing they offered me to help pay for my roof. This was an unexpected cost… and it was nice to only have to only pay the principal part. I have had many projects done… this way by far the best experience I have ever had!!!

My situation was one that required a great deal of trust from my roofing contractor, for I reside over 2000 miles from the job site. Aaron with American Roofing was able to meet with my insurance adjuster at the job site, he was able point out damage that would have gone unnoticed and insured that I was being represented fairly. I was always kept informed on the progress with the job, from communication with the insurance company, to assistance with ordering the materials and finally ensuring that completion was done to my satisfaction. I received numerous photos of the work progress and the job site was left clean. The repairs were performed in the middle of winter with freezing temperatures and rain, the crew tarped the roof to prevent further water damage. The roof turned out looking great!
I was most impressed with how quickly the repairs were performed due to the scope of the job (20 unit apartment buildings). Once the authorization was given to proceed, the job was completed very quickly. I would highly recommend American Roofing and Vinyl Siding for your roofing needs.
We can’t say enough about our project superintendent, Matt Burford. He established an amazing rapport with our co-owners and we believe with his and Michael Johnson’s leadership, a project was completed with minimal inconveniences which makes us all proud. My name is Robert Saunders and I live in the Mallard Bay subdivision of west Knoxville. I have lived in this area since 1989 and I am a C.P.A. by trade. On April 27th we, as most residents of this area, suffered substantial damages as a result of the hailstorms. Since that date we have been contacted by at least 15 to 20 different Roofing and Contracting companies. Some were cold calls at the front door, some were phone calls and others were bulk mailers. Out of all of the companies that contacted me, only one really stood out above the others. They stood out because they took the time to assess the damages, estimate the damages, but most importantly they reviewed with me how the insurance Companies operate. That company is American Roofing and Vinyl Siding. They explained how to maximize my claim and have all the repairs that were needed, paid for appropriately. They did not take advantage of me or the Insurance Company. They simply knew the techniques of what would and would not be paid for and how much the insurance company would pay. They have worked hand in hand with the insurance adjuster and claim specialists to insure that “all†repairs have been identified and approved for repair in advance of work beginning. I was amazed at how much damage was “missed†by the original insurance adjusted who assessed the damage to my property. The missed damages may have cost me thousands of dollars if American Roofing had not been there to help me. The reason I am writing this letter of recommendation is not because American Roofing has asked me to or paid me to do so. Instead, I am writing the letter to help my Knoxville neighbors to avoid the same mistakes that I would have made if I had not met Michael Johnson with American Roofing. I truly believe American Roofing and Vinyl Siding saved me a lot of time and money and I think they will do the same for you if you give them a call.
